Tenders uploaded by MOEP can be looked, searched, downloaded with no-charge and downloaded with charges in this Website.
Please we urge the tender competitors to follow and take into action according to our imposed rules.
- Company Registration number, company address and phone numbers are necessary in account registration.
- One company can create only one account.
- One company can download one tender only one time.
- Competition copied downloaded tender does not allowed.
- If something occurs changes in downloaded tender, our department will inform to the email used in account creating.
- If any disputing occurs, you must agree only our department's decision.
- If cheatings in competition tenders occur, anybody will be taken action effectively by existing laws.
